I am extremely excited to finally announce that my first book will be coming out in March of next year!

This has been a major project for me that has been in the works for some time. In 2025, I was approached by novelist and publisher Jack B. Rochester with the opportunity to create a book. Jack quickly became a mentor of mine and has been working with me throughout the long and arduous process of bringing this project to fruition. However involved and labor intensive you might think creating a book is, I promise it is ten times more than you might think... I found that out very quickly!

In the coming months I will announce where the book will be available and events connected to its release.

I write in order to think, to challenge my assumptions and presuppositions, to find out where I'm wrong and to navigate the existential realities of life. The creation of Life and Everything Else has been an intentional act of self-discovery written with the hope of becoming a more refined and authentic version of myself.

This collection of essays is a deeply meaningful and meandering journey which explores important subjects and my deepest passions—art, philosophy, science, religion, mental health, culture and some of the most enduring mysteries of human existence. It is a scenic, intellectual road trip through the inner corners of my mind where I hope to provide unique perspectives and insights into these themes.

Throughout the pages, I explore a variety of topics including AI and art, the perils of social media, ethics and morality, consciousness and (some but not too much!) politics. Additionally, I open myself up to the reader by sharing my personal experiences regarding the subject of mental health.
